Activities at the campsite

Free boat and swimming

Free sitontop kayaks, canoes, pedal boats and boats for loan for all our guests. Life jackets are mandatory, and life jackets and paddles are available at the reception.

The marina is also a lovely place for swimming - we guarantee a refreshing experience!

Fishing and fire pans

Fishing in Oldevatnet is always exciting, and by the river at the campsite there is a popular and good fishing spot. It is mostly trout and char that bite on. Dirty fishing!

Right by the river we have placed several fire pits. Freshly baked and self-fishing dinner by the river is recommended!

Goats

In the middle of the campsite you will find a couple of social goats who like to have a chat. They probably speak all the languages of the world!

Gryta camping is built on what was originally a goat farm for many generations in our family, so the goats have a natural place with us.

Kiosk and living room

At the reception you can order fresh bread and rolls. Book the night before, and we will have them ready for the next morning. In addition, we have ice cream, soft drinks, coffee and basic goods. If there is something else you are missing, we will help you as best we can.

At the reception you will also find a cozy living room with a good sofa, TV, various board games and its own book exchange corner. A warm welcome!
